Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with your NMAB gear. If something isn't right, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be in new or like-new condition and include all original components. Products that have been damaged, modified, or show excessive use may not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective, or we made an error with your order.

To start a return, contact us before sending your product back. We'll provide return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by NMAB.

Warranty claims are separate from returns. If you experience a problem with your Jig-A-Bite or Bait-A-Bite due to a potential defect, please see our 1-Year Limited Warranty or contact us for help.
